If you were recently contacted by mail or in person by a member of the The Bridges to Homeownership ('BTHO") team this means that the property you are occupying is currently owned by the Detroit Land Bank Authority("DLBA").

It also means that BTHO now has the property under a License Agreement. The License Agreement entitles BTHO to enter the property and perform an inspection to determine eligibility for our program.
